For print shops and cyber cafés

Stop giving your phone number to every customer.

Put one QR code on your counter. Customers scan it and send their file straight to your printer — no app to install, no WhatsApp thread to scroll, no number to hand out. 15 pages a month is free while you try it.

Nothing to install on the phone — scan the QR code and print.

The 6pm problem

A customer walks in with the file on their phone. So it goes to your personal WhatsApp — and now your number is with a stranger, the file is one of forty in a chat list, and you are downloading each attachment by hand while three people wait.

Then the argument: how many pages was it, actually? You counted, they disagree, and it is ten rupees you write off to keep the peace. Every day.

A QR code on the counter takes the file out of your inbox. That much works today — the counter queue and automatic billing are what we are building next, and the waitlist below decides the order.

Available today

What you get right now

Install the desktop app on the shop computer your printer is already attached to. That is the whole setup.

One QR code on the counter

Your shop computer shows a QR code. The customer scans it, picks a file, and sends it. Your personal number never enters the conversation.

Nothing for the customer to install

The upload runs in their phone browser. No app store, no account, no "sir my storage is full". This is what makes it usable for a walk-in you have never met.

Works with the printers you own

Jobs go to the print queue on the computer the printer is attached to. Laser, inkjet, USB-only, thermal receipt or label — if that computer can print to it, so can this.

Sender picks copies and paper size

PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP. On Premium the customer can choose copies and size across A3, A4, A5, Letter and Legal, so you are not re-keying settings for every job.

More than one printer

On Premium you can connect several printers and send each job to the right one — the colour unit, the A3 unit, or the label printer.

Files are not kept around

Files are encrypted in transit over HTTPS and held in our cloud storage only until your desktop app downloads them to print. They are deleted as soon as the job prints, and purged automatically if they are never collected.

What we are building for shops

These do not exist in the product today. They are listed so you know exactly what you would be waiting for — and so you can tell us which one matters most.

Counter queue

Every waiting job in one list with a token number, instead of scrolling back through chat threads at 6pm.

Automatic page count and price

The job arrives with its page count and cost already worked out, so the bill is not a negotiation.

UPI collection

Customer pays when they send the job. No cash handling, no "I will pay when I collect".

Staff logins and day-end report

Hand the counter to an employee and still see the day: pages printed, jobs done, money collected.

Join the print shop waitlist

The counter features below are being built now. Tell us how your shop runs and you will get them first, at founding-member pricing. Two minutes, no card.

We use this only to contact you about shop features. No newsletter, no sharing with anyone else.

Print shop questions

Do my customers need to install an app to print?

No. They scan the QR code shown on your shop computer, pick their file, and send it. The upload happens in their phone browser, so there is nothing for them to download and no account for them to create. An Android app exists for customers who print with you often, but it is optional.

Do I have to give customers my personal phone number?

No, and that is the main reason shops try this. Files arrive through the QR code instead of your WhatsApp, so your personal number stays private and jobs do not get buried in chat history.

Does it work with the printers I already have?

Yes. Jobs are handed to the print queue on the computer your printer is attached to, so any printer that computer can already print to will work — laser, inkjet, USB-only, thermal receipt or label. Brand does not matter.

Does it count pages and calculate the price automatically?

Not yet. Automatic page counting and per-job pricing are the next things being built for shops, and you can join the waitlist below to get them first. In the meantime the free Print Cost Calculator on this site works out per-page and per-job costs.

Can customers pay through it by UPI?

Not yet. UPI collection is on the shop roadmap, not in the product today. Right now the app moves the file to your printer; payment still happens at your counter the way it does now.

Can I run more than one printer, and pick which one prints?

Yes, on the Premium plan — you can connect several printers and choose the destination per job. The free plan always uses the default printer.

What file types can customers send?

PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP. Office files such as DOCX are not supported yet, so ask customers to save as PDF first — that also stops layout shifting between their phone and your printer.

What does it cost for a print shop?

You can start on the free plan (15 pages a month) to test the workflow, and Premium removes the page limit and adds colour printing, all paper sizes and printer selection. Premium plans start at ₹249/month (India), د.إ11/month (UAE), €3/month (Europe), or $3/month (US). A dedicated shop plan with counter and billing features is being scoped — join the waitlist to help shape it and to get founding pricing.
