Yes, Premium plan supports color printing. The Free plan is limited to black and white printing. You can toggle color printing in the print settings before submitting your job.

What file formats are supported for printing?

NJ Cloud Printer supports PDF, JPG and PNG files. You can upload from your phone gallery, file manager, or cloud storage. Office documents such as DOCX are not supported yet — save them as PDF first and the layout comes through as you saved it.

Can I select which printer to use?

Yes, Premium users can select from multiple printers connected to their desktop. The Free plan uses the default printer. Printer selection is available in the print settings screen.

How do I connect my phone to my printer using QR code?

Open the desktop app and click Show QR Code. Then open the mobile app, tap Scan QR, and point your camera at the code. Devices are linked instantly without any network configuration.

Does NJ Cloud Printer work internationally?

Yes. Jobs are sent over the internet rather than the local network, so your location is not the limit. The one requirement is that the computer connected to the printer is switched on with the desktop app running and online.

Can I print to multiple devices from one account?

Yes, you can connect multiple desktop computers to the same NJ Cloud Printer account. Each desktop shows up separately in the mobile app, and you can choose which one to print to.
